Q: Do I need to have a design idea before getting in touch?

Not at all! Many of our clients come to us with just a vibe, a few reference photos, or even just a feeling. We'll guide you from inspiration to final piece.

Do you work with heirloom stones or jewellery?

Absolutely. We love giving new life to old treasures — whether redesigning an inherited ring or resetting a meaningful gem.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Please note that international delivery times and customs duties vary depending on your location.

How long does the bespoke process take?

Generally 6–10 weeks, depending on complexity and materials. If you have a tight deadline (hello, proposals!), let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can I see a sketch or mock-up before committing?

Yes! All bespoke commissions include design visuals — including hand-drawn sketches or digital renders — before crafting begins.

What if I don’t know the ring size?

Don’t worry! We can help you figure it out with clever tricks (and discreet tools).

Resizing is also possible after delivery in most cases.

Daily Care Tips

  • Avoid lotions, perfumes, and hairsprays directly on your pieces

  • Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising

  • Store in a soft pouch or fabric-lined box to prevent scratches

Cleaning Your Jewellery

  • Gold & Platinum: Use warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft toothbrush

  • Gemstones: Most can be cleaned as above, but avoid harsh chemicals

  • Pearls & Soft Stones: Wipe gently with a soft cloth — no soaking

Polishing & Professional Care

  • We offer complimentary annual cleaning on all bespoke pieces

  • For heirloom or well-loved items, we can polish, tighten settings, or replate metal finishes

  • If your jewellery ever needs TLC, just get in touch — we’re here to help it shine again

Travelling With Jewellery

  • Keep pieces in a travel case with separate compartments

  • Don’t check precious jewellery in luggage

  • Bring a soft cloth for a quick clean while away
